At Colours International, we offer worldwide shipping, and the shipping method is determined by the quantity of items you order. For single item orders we typically ship via Post. If you order more than five pieces, we usually ship by courier.
For different printing and embroidery methods:
Screen Print / Digital Print: Your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days from the receipt of your confirmed order. A confirmed order is when we've received your payment and artwork/ design. Once your order is completed online and your artwork/ design is received, you're set for production. Sit back, relax, and await your goods.
Embroidery: Your order will be dispatched within 7-15 working days from the receipt of your confirmed order, following the same process as above.
Plain Garments: These orders are typically dispatched within 3-7 working days from the receipt of your confirmed order.
If stock is not available: You'll find general stock on the Colours International website, supplied from the UK. Occasionally, stock availability issues may arise. If an item is out of stock, our sales team will promptly contact you to provide alternatives or offer a full refund.
Please note that Colours International cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. It's essential to check all deliveries for the correct number of parcels enclosed.
Delivery costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the product's weight. Costs start from €10.00 per 15 kg parcel.
