At Colours International, we offer global shipping, with delivery methods based on the quantity of items you order. For single-item orders, we typically ship via postal service. For orders of more than five items, we generally use a courier service.
Shipping Timelines by Printing and Embroidery Method:
- Screen Print / Digital Print: Your order will be shipped within 7-10 working days after we receive your confirmed order (payment and artwork/design). Once we have your payment and artwork, your order is queued for production—sit back and relax while we handle the rest.
- Embroidery: Your order will be dispatched within 7-15 working days from confirmation, following the same process as above.
- Plain Garments: Orders for plain garments are usually shipped within 3-7 working days from confirmation.
Out-of-Stock Items: Our stock comes directly from the UK (mainly), and while we strive to maintain availability, stock shortages can occasionally occur. If an item is out of stock, our sales team will promptly reach out to discuss alternatives or offer a full refund.
Please note: Colours International is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control. We recommend checking your delivery for the correct number of parcels upon receipt.
Shipping Costs: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products. Shipping starts from €10.00 for up to 15 kg per parcel.
