Embroidery is the process of stitching your design directly onto garments using high-quality threads and automated machinery. It’s known for its clean, professional look and long-lasting durability—making it a popular choice for corporate wear, uniforms, and premium branding.
One key factor that affects embroidery pricing is stitch count and logo size. For example, a small left chest logo will cost significantly less than a large design embroidered across the back.

The Embroidery Process
1. Artwork Digitisation
The first step is to digitise your artwork using specialised embroidery software. This creates a file that tells the machine exactly how to stitch the design—defining the needle paths, stitch types, and thread colour changes.
2. Garment Setup
The garment is secured into a framed holder (called a phantogram) and loaded into the embroidery machine. The machine is then programmed with the digitised design.
3. Stitching
The embroidery machine follows the programmed path, stitching your design with precision using the correct thread colours and stitch counts. The result is a clean, durable finish that looks and feels premium.
With our advanced embroidery machines and skilled team, we're able to deliver crisp results—even on complex designs—across a wide range of garments and materials.
Embroidery Techniques We Offer
🧵 Cross Stitch
A traditional “X” shaped stitching style recreated by modern embroidery machines. Cross stitch is ideal for decorative patterns, borders, and geometric shapes, giving a handcrafted, homey look to your designs.
💥 3D Puff Embroidery
This technique adds dimension and depth by placing foam under certain areas of the design, resulting in a raised, padded effect. Commonly used for caps and bold logos, 3D puff embroidery helps your design literally stand out.
🪡 Embroidered Patches
Patches are created by stitching your design onto durable base fabrics like twill. Once complete, patches are trimmed and finished—ready to be sewn or heat-applied to garments or accessories.
Note: We do not apply adhesive to embroidered patches. You can choose how you'd like to apply them—sew-on, iron-on, or with your own preferred method.
