RETURNS POLICY


To initiate the return of a Colours product, you must follow a few essential steps. First, you need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is crucial for processing your return. To obtain an RMA number, simply send an email to us at info@colours.ie, specifying the date of your purchase, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once you've received your unique RMA number, it must be clearly written in a prominent place on the exterior of the return package.

What is eligible for return?

The majority of items we offer can be returned, provided they are still in their original packaging and in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear or damage, unfortunately, the item(s) cannot be accepted for return.

You can return your goods for credit or replacement under the following circumstances:
- If the goods are printed or embroidered incorrectly, not in line with the visual you approved.
- If the goods are faulty.
- If incorrect goods have been supplied.

Please note that spelling mistakes that have been approved by you are not the responsibility of Colours International. It is crucial to thoroughly review the visual before production to avoid such issues.

What cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging or exhibit noticeable wear are ineligible for return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in like-new condition.

Returns for a refund: Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: Similar to refunds, exchanges or store credits must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase.

Shipping charges for product returns

It's important to note that all shipping charges associated with returning products to us must be covered by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Here's a simplified guide to returning your items:
1. Contact our Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In your request, please indicate whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
2. Clearly inscribe the RMA number in a conspicuous location on the exterior of the return parcel.
